Hi, I'm Peter Luu

I spent nearly 20 years serving as a pastor and missionary, and I've learned that the most vital work often happens in the quiet spaces between the sermons and the meetings. That is where Pastoral Supervision comes in.

I see that future gathering not just as a distant hope, but as the living pattern for the church today—a vast tapestry where every thread of culture is woven together to reveal the fullness of God's glory. But for that tapestry to hold, the weavers—the leaders—must be cared for.

My work is dedicated to providing a safe, confidential space for pastors, lay leaders, and gospel workers to pause, reflect, and grow. Whether you are navigating the complexities of a multicultural context, feeling the weight of isolation, or simply seeking to deepen your professional integrity, I am here to walk with you.

Drawing on two decades of experience, I offer a blend of deep reflection, mentoring, and spiritual formation. My goal is to help you prevent burnout, clarify your calling, and lead with the confidence that comes from being known and supported. I understand the unique pressures of ministry across diverse cultures, especially for those who often lack a local support system.

I offer individual supervision sessions that can be remote, in-person, or hybrid—whatever fits your rhythm and needs. Together, we can ensure that your work for God's glory is sustainable, healthy, and fruitful.

Every nation, tribe, people and tongue united in Christ

Every nation, tribe, people and tongue united in Christ

Bringing this vision to life through 20 years of mentoring leaders in migrant and cross-cultural ministry.

I spent nearly 20 years serving as a pastor and missionary, and my heart has always been for God's church. I believe that no single culture can fully capture the image of God (Imago Dei) on its own. It takes the whole body, across all languages and traditions, to reflect Him clearly. That is why I am passionate about Pastoral Supervision—it is the practice of helping leaders hold that big picture while tending to their own souls.

Through my work with the Centre for Asian Christianity, I have seen how vital it is for leaders from diverse backgrounds to have a trusted companion in their journey. Today, I provide individual supervision to pastors and leaders who need a space for honest reflection, professional growth, and spiritual renewal. I specialise in supporting those navigating the unique challenges of multicultural ministry, helping them find clarity and strength when they feel isolated.

My approach is warm, non-clinical, and deeply rooted in Scripture. It's not about fixing you; it's about helping you discover the resilience and wisdom God offers you in Christ and the gospel.

On a personal note, I attend City North Baptist Church. I'm married to Julie, and we are blessed with three children: Joseph, Emily, and Matthias. Their lives remind me daily of the joy and complexity of raising a family in a multicultural world—and the importance of having a community to lean on.
